Each programme is fully customisable and tailored to YOUR goals, ability, needs, training history, exercise preferences, lifestyle and training availability.
Build & Tone and Lean will incorporate nutritional support as standard within my scope of practice and will take a flexible approach to nutrition tailored to YOUR goals.

You will still be able to chose from the Strong, Build & Tone, Fit and Lean training programmes but this time attend your sessions with your training partner!
Providing you have a common goal and train at the same time, working out with a partner or friend can be a more economical choice and can boost your enjoyment and motivation!
Your programme will still be fully customisable and tailored to each of your and your partner’s goals, abilities, needs, training histories, exercise preferences and lifestyles.
Nutritional support will be available on the Build & Tone and Lean programmes as standard as per 1-2-1 personal training.

Tailored, evidence-based nutritional guidance featuring flexible approaches to support fat loss (Lean programme) or muscle building (Build & Tone programme) and, for those on a Lean programme, an exit strategy for when you reach your goal to help you maintain your fat loss.
Monthly review of your progress and an opportunity to provide your feedback and thoughts.
