My name is Niki and I am a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I am a former corporate lawyer and 45 year old mum to two boys and I have been on my own strength building and weight loss journey. I understand how hard it is to become active, stay active and eat a healthy balanced diet when you are busy, tired and stressed!
I am a caring, compassionate and patient coach and genuinely want to make a real positive difference to your well-being through my customisable programming and coaching and nutritional guidance fully tailored to you!
